Depression

Hello and welcome.

Many of you know actor and comedian Robin Williams and his battle with depression.  This of coarse resulted in his suiccide.

[From our friends at Gnosis news]--Depression, something that almost everyone faces. Many people suffer from depression every day, but for many different reasons.

Reasons for depression are most commonly are:

  • Abusive Parents
  • Terrible Family Members
  • Death of a family member or loved one
  • Having no love
  • Being alone
  • Bullying (This is the most common one)
  • A cheating boyfriend/girlfriend

Depression, something that people in this society are too dumb to see. People who give depression to others are usually too dumb to realize people are different or maybe even are way too unappreciative to who you are and what you have.

Depression can cause:

  • Different eating habits (Either over eating or not eating at all)
  • Getting easily irritated
  • Insomnia (or sleeping problems)
  • Negativity
  • The person to feel hopeless, lonely, unloved, sad, tired, bored, anxious, self-critical, and/or guilty
  • Suicide (probably the most common)

Depression is actually something that can be prevented but people refuse to do it. If people were nice and realized everyone is different, we’d have less people in depression. Or, if it’s a relationship thing, if the boyfriend/girlfriend realized how it feels to love someone that is hurting you so much, then they probably would have less of a chance to do it. Now, even though the prevention will never work, here is what you do, I know that most of you are either victims of depression or know someone facing through depression, I want you to use every resource I tell you to get better.

You can get over depression by:

  • Finding your talent or improving on something you are already good at (Youtube is the best place to find tutorials for almost anything)
  • Study and make sure you know that doing this will help you get a better job and step on everyone who made fun of you back then
  • Be nice and try to act positive (when you act positive, your emotions can get fooled and cause you to feel better)
  • Exercise (Mainly any sort of self defense or yoga can help with emotional problems right away)
  • Watch TV shows/Movies/Videos you love
  • Listen to music that makes you happy
  • Make videos of any sort (Whether it’s a daily Vlog, Gaming Videos, Beauty tips, or animations, it can turn your emotions around and maybe even benefit in the future)
  • Try anything new of any sort (Some suggestions are webdesigning, gardening, etc.)
  • Remember, if someone (or a lot of people) are making you feel bad, committing suicide will only make them happier, and they don’t deserve to be happy if they act that way ☺
  • Always tell yourself don’t let it get to you (remember there is more people in the planet with different opinions, if one doesn’t like you then someone else would)

I recommend you all please take the consideration to show awareness that we are all different and that no one deserves depression. Depression can effect people badly emotionally, physically, and academically. DEPRESSION AND SUICIDE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED ♡♥♡
